  However we were disturbed from sleeping at 9am by someone, I’m assuming housekeeping opening our room door, & them again at 10 to tapping on our door as if we needed to be up & ready to leave when check out was 11am. We found it very disrespectful that they would open our door & then come back again at 10am tapping to wake us up. We called the front desk & asked for late check out & they told us we were good til 12pm & again housekeeping tapped on our door at 11:50am as if we were a bother. We were up & getting ready to leave but the excessiveness of housekeeping was very annoying.

• Hotel was an easy walk to the convention center and there were plenty of places to eat also.

  Staff was friendly and helpful.

• Comfortable Business Trip Friendly staff, clean room, excellent service. This was a business trip that did not feel so “business-ey”. Will book again.
