I used the hair dryer provided by the hotel and it caused the room short circuit. It happened twice. Some guests checked in in mid night and made noise at corridor but hotel staff didn’t do anything to stop them. Ended up I needed to shout to those guests to keep quiet.

They really go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. The breakfast is delicious with a large selection. The regular menu was very good, too. The gym is sufficient and the pool is okay as well. Bring flip flops or shoes for the shower.

- Everything about the hotel (room, food, facilities, service, cleanliness, etc) was great! The only negative is the location (it’s a little out of the way, being quite far from the beach and shops), but this is reflected in the lower price.

Away from the city and noise. Didn’t dine in the restaurant so can’t comment on the food. The pool was great and staff was amazing. A little far from Seminyak Centre and Canggu. But easy to get grab and gojek.
